2. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps for an exchange:

• Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item by sending an email to careersilk.in@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Description of the issue

• Step 2: We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.

3. Exchange Process
Once we confirm that the product is damaged, we will offer an exchange for the same product or an item of equal value.

• Shipping for the damaged item will be handled by us, and we will provide a return shipping label if required.

• Exchanges will be processed based on stock availability.

4. Non-Damaged Products
We do not accept returns or refunds for products that are not damaged. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
5. Shipping Costs
For exchanges due to damaged products, we will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the damaged product and sending the exchange. However, shipping costs for all other returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
